Golf Outing General Information
2011 Golf Outing per person price includes the following:
Continental breakfast and buffet or plated lunch for AM outings
Buffet or plated lunch and dinner for PM outings
Greens and Cart Fees
Service charge- currently at 12%
Event Coordination fee – currently at 8%
State meals/sales tax – currently at 6.25%
Local meals tax - currently at .75%
Mandatory facility price of $475.00 includes the following:
Registration table and chairs
Placement of banners and signs
Use of locker room showers and facilities
Use of the putting green and chipping green
Driving range with practice range balls
Valet bag service
Professional scoring and tournament assistance
Ranger to assist with rate of play
Snack bar and 19th hole – cash or tally
Please add state and local taxes to the facility fee
MORNING OUTINGS (Minimum of 72 players - Maximum of 144)
A 7:30am shotgun is $117.06 per person. Tournament format is scramble only and all play must be completed by 12:45p.m. Groups not finished will be asked to return to the clubhouse.
AFTERNOON OUTINGS (Minimum of 100 players - Maximum of 144 players)
A 1:30pm shotgun is $146.70 per person. Tournament format is scramble only and length of play is expected to last 5 hours.
GUARANTEE AND BILLING
A guarantee for all food, beverage and golf must be submitted 7 business days prior to the golf outing. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction. All outings must be prepaid 7 days prior to your outing. Payment must be made in the form of a company check, organization check, certified check or bank check.
PROSHOP & SCORING
Based on your minimum guarantee or actual golfers playing, a minimum charge of $10.00 per player must be spent in the pro shop by purchasing gift certificates or merchandise. Payment to Lynn Boda Enterprise Pro Shop is expected on the day of your event. Communication with the pro shop should be established approximately one month prior to your outing date. Please allow us six weeks for special orders. For additional golf related information please dial 978-475-2024.There is a fee involved for scoring by Lynn Boda Enterprise Pro Shop. These charges vary depending on purchases and/or the type of tournament. Please consult the Pro Shop for these fees.
DONATED FOOD/BEVERAGE
The Andover Country Club must supply all food and beverage at all times. Only non-alcoholic beverages and food purchased from the bar or restaurant may be consumed on the golf course. In accordance with state laws, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the golf course. Donated food and/or beverage is not permitted to be brought onto the premises.
BAR SERVICE
A cash bar or an open bar is available with lunch for a morning outing or with dinner for an afternoon outing. If an additional bar is requested a $75.00 bartender fee will apply.
SNACK/BEVERAGE STATIONS
Snack /beverage stations are available on the course at a rate of 1 to 72 players. Items must be run on a tally and charged to the group; cash is not accepted on the golf course. Alcoholic beverages are sold in the 19th hole after 11:00a.m.
