Tee Assignments

In the event you have more than 18 foursomes, list foursomes on tees as 1-A, 1-B, etc. Please keep the number of teams on the front and back nine holes equal. Example: If you have 25 groups, assign 13 groups on one side and 12 groups on the other. Double up on the par 5s first, then par 4s etc. If you need assistance, please call the Pro Shop (978-475-2024). If I am not available, Lynn or Jeff will be able to help you.

Signage

If your outing has "Sponsor Signs" to be placed on the golf course, the signs should be brought with the first person to arrive from your group. We should have the morning group signs by 6:00 a.m., afternoon group signs by noon. All signs must be assembled with wire base and not wooden stakes. If you wish to keep your sponsor signs, please arrange for someone to pick them up when your event is over. They are placed on the wall outside the Pro Shop door. If they are not taken that day, they will be discarded after 24 hours.

Contest Holes

If you have Closest to the Pin contests, they are usually conducted on par 3 holes. Our par 3s are hole numbers 5, 11, and 15. If you have a Hole in One competition, it can be done on any of the par 3 holes and you will need a volunteer spotter at the green. Long Drive or Most Accurate Drive are usually conducted on the 1st and 10th holes.
